This photo was published on The Star on 3 January 2005 as editor choice for the best photo of the day. Photo was taken during Indepencence Day celebration 2005 in Putrajaya, Malaysia.
There are techniques to help blind people to access website in the internet i.e. braille keyboards, braille readers. However there are too many limitation using this method. The best way is to read aloud everything. In this way the person doesn't have to feel the Braille on his Braille equipment for hours, but has to just listen to the text. The only need for the technique is a microphone, sound software, and narrator.
